Ceramic Wall Mask | Tribal Mask | Wall Decor | Speckled Clay | Off White | Black Accents | One of a Kind | Unique Art | Boho | Rustic
$68.00
This mask is part of my experimental series "101 Ways I See You" I call her MAWINDA. She has a tribal spirit of the wind. Perhaps a wind goddess?
Handmade from brown speckled stoneware. Mason stains were added to emphasize the edges, then fired once to a bisque state. After that, she was glazed with an overglaze called butter, and fired again.
On the back at the top, there is a ceramic hanger built into the piece. It is very thin and light and can easily be support by a strong nail. It can be hung indoors or outdoors, but probably needs to be taken in if a freeze is in the forecast.
